This foot and hand relaxation course offers intensive practical training in the techniques required to carry out a full reflexology-based treatment on those in your care.
You will learn the zones and reflex areas as well as massage techniques to warm up and cool down the client's feet, the foot massage movements and treatment techniques. You will be able to carry out a full consultation, assess the feet and give a calming treatment to your clients.
