Cancellation Policy

To cancel, this would need to be done 7 days before commencement of the course. Once booked, change of candidate can only be approved before the course training date with candidate details submitted in advance. If cancelling with less than 7 days notice, refunds will not be available. It is strictly required that candidates are on seperate screens and are in the training area alone. If the tutor believes there are others in the room, the candidate will be removed from the course immediately. If there is a group that would like to arrange to be together in a training area, please contact us before the course date, and we can put this provision in place.
